New England Pathology Associates, P.C., (NEPA) is a private 10-member group of pathologists that provides comprehensive pathology services to healthcare practices and medical centers in the northeastern United States. NEPA operates state-of-the-art pathology laboratories and offers a wide range of pathology subspecialty expertise typically found only in academic medical centers and large community hospitals.

The group provides pathology services at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, MA, and Harrington Memorial Hospital in Southbridge, MA, plus regional outpatient services to patients throughout western New England. NEPA’s AmberPath division delivers turnkey in-office biopsy/cytology laboratories to urology group practices. This service is based on a highly collaborative physician-to-physician model that provides these practices with fully compliant revenue opportunities.
